You must be at least 18 and allowed to use the services where you live. Elusive.sh is not available in the United States, its territories or Canada, and may not be used by anyone located there.

Your account number is your login. Keep it and your API keys safe: everything done with them is your responsibility.

You are responsible for your sub-accounts and for anyone you give access to, including your customers if you resell through our Reseller Program. Resellers must hold their customers to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

If we block your account, you may not open a new one or use someone else's.

We provide SOCKS5 proxies with username and password login: Sticky Residential proxies rented for up to 24 hours, Static ISP lines rented for a fixed term, and Rotation traffic paid per GB. What you get and what it costs is shown in the dashboard before you buy.

Residential proxies run on real devices and can go offline at any time. Stock, locations and features depend on availability and on our suppliers, and we may change or retire a product.

The services are provided as is. We do not promise any uptime or speed, or that a proxy will work with a particular website.

Services are paid from your prepaid balance, in US dollars. You add funds with cryptocurrency.

Prices are shown before you pay and can change at any time. A change never affects a service you have already paid for.

Prices do not include taxes or fees charged by your wallet, exchange or network. Those are yours to pay.

Your balance can only be spent on services. Deposits, bonuses and promo credit cannot be withdrawn.

All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. We may ask you to verify your identity or the source of your funds, and may hold a deposit or pause an account until the check is done.

Refunds depend on the product and always go back to your balance:

We log account and network activity and keep these logs for at least 30 days.

An automated system watches how the network is used and compares it with known abuse patterns. Accounts that match are blocked permanently, without notice and without a refund.

We share logs and account data with law enforcement when we receive a valid legal request.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. It lists what you may and may not do with the services, and breaking it can lead to a warning, a suspension or a permanent ban.

Do not use the services in a way that slows down or harms the network for other customers. We may limit or suspend traffic that does.

The IP addresses and other data of the Elusive.sh proxy pool are confidential. Unless we have authorized you in writing, you may not, and may not help anyone else:

The website, the dashboard, the API and their content belong to Elusive.sh or its licensors. You may use them only to use our services. You may not:

We may suspend or close your account at once and without notice if you break these Terms or the AUP, if the law requires it, or if your use puts our network or other customers at risk.

When an account is closed for a breach, its balance and active services are not refunded.

You alone are responsible for what you do through the proxies: the websites you reach, the data you collect and the content you send. We are not liable for it.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.

You will cover us for any claims, losses or costs caused by your use of the services or by your breach of these Terms or the AUP.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of Cyprus.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and using the services after an update means you accept it.

If part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right does not waive it. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our written consent.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as outages at our suppliers, network failures or government action.
